Our client, a well-funded and growing affordable housing developer , is seeking a Program Manager of Procurement & Contracts to take their operations to the next level. This role is ideal for a dynamic forward-thinker who thrives on process improvement, empowers teams, and ensures compliance while exceeding customer expectations.

💡 What Youll Bring:

• 6+ years in affordable housing procurement & compliance (LIHTC, HUD, Public Housing)
• 2+ years of managerial experience with strong leadership skills
• Supervisory background overseeing procurement or contract teams
• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree in business/public policy preferred
• A service-oriented, can-do mindset
• Certified Public Purchasing Officer (CPPO) highly desirable.
