BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an Agile Coach Junior for the MD and PA areas. These are full-time, remote positions with travel to government or contractor facilities as required. The work schedule is 8 hours per day, between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays, with core hours from 9 am to 3 pm.
Responsibilities: Provide consulting, coaching, and training on Agile practices to enhance software development processes. Identify organizational impediments to Agile transformation and work to resolve them, potentially managing others.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university and at least three years of relevant experience.
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizenship is required. Applicants must provide proof of citizenship prior to employment. Non-citizens are ineligible.
