Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and follows all company guidelines and procedures. Responsibilities - Comply with all operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the store
- Help customers and assist with inventory
- Greet customers warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business
- Assist the Store Manager with hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance
- Foster a positive work environment
Qualifications - High school diploma or GED required
- Previous retail management experience is preferred
- Competent computer skills
- Excellent team building and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
