Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with device issues
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems on MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads
  • Perform repairs such as screen, battery, keyboard, trackpad, SSD, and port replacements
  • Handle macOS and iOS troubleshooting, data backups, and OS installations
  • Provide repair estimates, timelines, and clear explanations to customers
  • Test devices after repair to ensure full functionality
  • Maintain repair logs and parts usage records
  • Keep the repair workspace clean and organized

Qualifications

Proven experience repairing laptops devices
