Responsibilities: - Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives
- Cuts, weighs, or measures ingredients according to provided instructions
- Prevents the spoilage of ingredients through proper storage in designated containers and in designated area
- Monitors the temperature of food and food storage areas
- Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains cleanliness of work areas, surfaces, utensils, equipment, and dishes
- Adheres to all food handling and safety regulations throughout the kitchen and restaurant
- Wash all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses
- Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
Qualifications Required Qualifications: - Must have experience making pizza dough & sauce
- Must be able to mold & stretch dough at a fast pace
- Knowledge on how to cook pizzas to consistency & product spec, including adding toppings evenly with correct portions
- Listen and follow directions
- Work well as part of a team
- Work independently and maintain a high level of accountability
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications: - Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment
Job Expectations for All: - Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork, and equipment.
- May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team.
