What This Role Is About

The Mail Clerk is an entry-level position focused on handling and distributing mail accurately and on time. No prior healthcare experience is required — we provide training and support to help you succeed. This role is ideal for someone dependable who enjoys routine tasks and being part of a team.

What You’ll Do

• Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Prepare outgoing mail with labels and postage
• Help log incoming checks and packages
• Deliver mail to the correct departments or team members
• Assist with simple office tasks as needed
• Follow company guidelines for accuracy and confidentiality

What We’re Looking For

• No previous experience required — training provided
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and following routines
• Basic computer skills (Excel experience is a plus, but not required)
• Able to lift and carry packages within reasonable limits
