Job Description
Medical Lab Technologist (MLT) – Full-Time | Ashland, WI
Location: Ashland, WI (Hayward, WI openings may also be available)
Department: Laboratory
FTE: 0.90 (Full-Time, 36 hours/week)
Status: Union | Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Compensation:
$30.18/hr starting
$33.86/hr after 1 year
$35.78/hr after 2 years
$37.87/hr after 3 years
Incentives:
Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 for 2-year commitment
$10,000 for 3-year commitment
$15,000 for 4-year commitment
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000
Schedule Options:
8, 10, or 12-hour shifts
Options for primarily evening/night or day/evening shifts
Weekend rotation: 1–2 weekends/month when fully staffed
No on-call required
