Reach Truck Operator - Charlotte, NC

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday (8am until the job is completed)

Job Summary:

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for transporting products to and from designated areas within the facility safely and efficiently according to Company Policy. You will also be tasked with loading and unloading trucks, material handling, inventory control, quality control, and other duties assigned. This position requires recent reach truck operation experience, preferably at your last place of employment within the last 3 months.

Key Requirements:

• Must have recent reach truck operation experience, preferably at last place of employment, and employed at last job for a minimum of 3 months.
• 2 years forklift experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred
• Ability to sit and position body to drive backward on a powered industrial truck for extended periods
• A high degree of attention is required to prevent injury to others.
• Ability to judge distances and heights. Have a good sense of balance.
• A clean driving record and valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver 50 lbs. if necessary.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending on the season.
• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking highly preferred
