We’re currently seeking a high-performing Regional Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of properties in the Southeast, including locations in Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and Alabama.

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced regional manager who’s passionate about turning around underperforming assets, driving occupancy, and leading through transformation. With full control over financials, marketing, and operations, the right candidate will have the autonomy and resources to deliver real impact, backed by institutional ownership and a long-term investment plan.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties in the Southeast
• Lead and support a team of property managers and staff
• Manage property financials, including budgets, NOI, P&L, and variance reports
• Execute value-add and capital improvement projects
• Foster a high-performing team culture with an emphasis on accountability and service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a regional or area manager for affordable housing properties
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple properties
• Experience with Project-Based Sec. 8 and LIHTC
• Proficiency with Yardi
• Willing to commute or relocate to Nashville, TN

Perks

• Earn up to $120k in total compensation, including salary and bonuses
• Bonus potential up to 20% annually
• $250/month for travel around Nashville and a company card for further travel
• Up to $5,000 relocation bonus available
