Job Description

Dolly’s Factory features a diverse cast of plushies, each with their own animations and abilities. To bring them to life, we need rigs that capture their stitched, squishy style while staying functional for Roblox gameplay.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a 3D Rigger to create efficient, Roblox-compatible rigs for our plushie characters.

Responsibilities

• Rig plushie models (biped, quadruped, and unique body types) for Roblox Studio.
• Create animator-friendly controls.
• Ensure rigs allow for expressive but believable plushie movement.
• Test rigs inside Roblox Studio to confirm smooth integration.
• Collaborate with the art/animation team to refine rigs for gameplay needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in character rigging (Maya, Blender, or Roblox Studio tools).
• Strong understanding of deformation, skinning, and weight painting.
• Experience with stylized or non-human rigs a big plus.
• Ability to balance technical constraints with animator needs.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Roblox workflows (R15 rigs, custom rigging, animation import).

The Forever Studio

The Forever Studio (Forever Nenaa LLC) is an independent game studio focused on creating unique and memorable experiences on Roblox. Our current project,  Dolly’s Factory , is a mascot-horror survival game where players step into the roles of plushie characters and fight to survive against twisted Rejects while uncovering the mystery of the factory. We value creativity, teamwork, and bringing fresh ideas to life in ways that keep players coming back for more.
