Customer Service Representative – Remote (Colorado Residents Only)
Work from Home | 4–6 Month Contract
A well-established Colorado based organization is hiring Customer Service Representatives to assist with open enrollment inquiries – all from the comfort of your home!
⚠️ Please Note: This position is only open to residents of Colorado. Candidates must reside in the state to be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a vital part of the customer support team, you will:
Handle incoming calls in a high-volume call center environment
Assist customers with open enrollment inquiries, application statuses, and general questions
Provide support with enrollment changes (e.g., family status, plan selection)
Troubleshoot technical and process-related issues using internal tools
Accurately document interactions and outcomes in internal systems
Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Maintain service, quality, and productivity standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
✅ What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Colorado residency (required)
At least 1 year of call center experience
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (2–3 years preferred)
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information
Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
Solid computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
A quiet, dedicated home office space and a wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
Ability to attend and actively participate in a 2–3 week remote training with excellent attendance
Job Details:
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
Type: 4–6 month contract
Location: Remote (Colorado residents only)
