Coordinate, execute, and optimize the operation of production work cells, including tooling, robotics, and forming equipment, using engineering best practices before and during production.
Lead and perform equipment setup, operate robotic and automated manufacturing systems, and evaluate production results.
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to execute daily work plans, which may include equipment maintenance, programming, repairs, inventory management, equipment cleaning, forklift operation, manufacturing tasks, and other assigned duties.
Analyze and resolve product-related issues using root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies to prevent recurrence.
Apply mechanical, materials, and engineering principles when executing nonconformance and corrective action processes.
Develop part-specific and process-specific documentation to support integration of products into new or existing manufacturing processes.
Assist in transitioning small-scale processes into commercially viable, large-scale production operations.
Associate’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Up to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or robotics (entry-level and mid-level opportunities available based on experience).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
