Job Description

Role: Sr. RPA Business Analyst Location: Irving, TX - Fulltime Position Roles & Responsibilities

5+ years of hands-on experience as a business analyst
Proficient in Agile methodology and utilization of JIRA and confluence
Should have an automation background (RPA/Xceptor/Test automation) to collaborate proactively with stakeholders and identify opportunities for strategic automation initiatives.
Create comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, user stories, and detailed specifications, ensuring a clear roadmap for automation projects.
Contribute to project planning and estimation, provide technical governance to ensure realistic timelines and resource allocation, and collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time.
Facilitate unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and production implementation
Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track
Deep dive into business processes and uncover automation opportunities.
