Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator (day shift)

Location: Sherwood, OR
Shift: Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20 - $22 per hour

Job Summary


We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team in Sherwood, OR. This role involves loading and unloading materials, operating forklifts, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, semi-trucks, and containers.
• Operate a forklift safely (sit-down forklift experience preferred, lifting 2,000-3,000 lbs.).
• Read and update load sheets as required.
• Pick materials accurately for orders.
• Assist with annual inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Provide assistance and answer questions for customers in the warehouse.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience:
  • 1+ years of driving/warehouse experience (required).
  • 1+ year of forklift experience (preferred; training available).
  • Previous industry experience (preferred).
• Skills & Abilities:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Comfortable operating sit-down forklifts with heavy loads (2,000-3,000 lbs).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
