This facility is a well-established medical center with 209 beds serving the Central Valley community. The hospital is stroke certified and offers comprehensive healthcare services with modern electronic medical record systems including Athena and Cerner for efficient patient care documentation.

Opportunity:
Board Certified - Otolaryngology

Job Details:
• Provider MUST have 50 case logs within the past 24 months
• Must be able to work full stretches of open dates (partial dates not considered)
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Call coverage required Friday through Sunday, 7:00 am to 7:00 am
• 15-20 minute response time required for call
• Average of 0-3 patients seen while on call
• Responsible for both assigned and unassigned patients
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Rounding required for both assigned and unassigned patients
• Must be comfortable with patients 18 years and older
• Fellowship required
• Active California license required (IMLC not accepted)
• BLS certification required
• Preferred skills include general otolaryngology (surgical and non-surgical), endoscopic procedures, tracheotomy, thyroidectomy, parotidectomy, radical neck surgery, facial reconstruction/surgery, and complex head and neck procedures
• Credentialing timeframe: 120-180 days (temporary privileges available)

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid Travel and Lodging.
